Tommy is the State Highway manager for the Auckland Region.
This is a big weekend for road builders in Auckland. On Saturday evening the 4th of September at 5pm
the old Newmarket Viaduct southbound section will be closed.
Thirty six hours later in it's place on Monday morning, a brand new southbound section will be open to the public
